Where Cutting-Edge Biotechnology Harmonizes with Natural Biology
We merge the healing power of chitosan and alginate with the precision of advanced nonwoven textile engineering to create next generation wound dressings. Our materials are biocompatible, sustainable, and clinically effective, redefining how the world approaches wound recovery.
The Problem
A Silent Crisis in Wound Care
Chronic and complex wounds affect millions globally — yet remain dramatically underserved, especially in emerging economies like India.
1–2%
Population Affected
Of the global population suffers from chronic wounds at any given time
80%
Bacterial Colonization
Of chronic wounds are colonized by harmful bacteria
25%
Diabetic Foot Ulcers
Of diabetics develop foot ulcers that can lead to amputation
What's Failing Today
Conventional dressings can't manage heavy exudate — leading to maceration and odor
No rapid hemostasis for trauma and surgical wounds
Advanced dressings are expensive and inaccessible in developing countries
Our Science
Nature's Most Powerful Healers — Engineered for Modern Medicine
Two extraordinary natural polymers form the foundation of our innovation:
Chitosan — The Ocean's Healing Power
Sustainably sourced from marine crustacean shells. Potent antimicrobial properties. Rapid hemostasis. Promotes cell regeneration and tissue repair.
Alginate — Seaweed's Moisture Mastery
Derived from oceanic seaweed. Forms advanced hydrogels that precisely regulate wound moisture, creating the optimal physiological environment for healing.
Manufacturing
From Ocean to Wound Care — Our Manufacturing Process
A rigorous, precision-driven process transforms raw ocean biomaterials into clinically-grade wound dressings.
Every step is engineered to preserve the bioactive integrity of our natural polymers while meeting the highest clinical standards for safety and efficacy.

We believe healing starts with understanding. Explore how biomaterials like Chitosan and Alginate are shaping the future of wound care.
After working for over 10 years in R&D, product development and application engineering in various companies, she left her corporate job to follow her passion.
She founded Anlage Materials with a sole purpose to replace synthetic materials from the surroundings with natural materials while retaining or improving on the inherit properties. She feels highly motivated to work with these natural materials that can protect the environment by creating a circular ecosystem.
Having come from a humble background, she understands the only way to need to make such material more accessible to the masses is to make them more affordable.
One of her first projects is the development of ChitoHeal — a step toward making gentle, nature-inspired wound care easily available to everyone in need.
